The Toledo Zoo

We were really impressed with the Polar Bear exhibit



This Hippo showed us what he thought of being in the zoo the only part of him we could see was his behind!

We were lucky enough to be able to see some friends while we were in Ohio. It made me smile when Todd's college buddies were able to get together and instead of going out to the bars they went to the Zoo. We had heard of this little gem called the Toledo Zoo, and were very impressed. They had a fabulous Polar Bear exibit, and a Hippoquarium. The Toledo Zoo might be as good as the San Diego Zoo...maybe better. It was great getting all of our kids together and letting them build some bonds. We wish we could have brought all of them back to Arizona...we miss them already. Harrison was such a trooper. He was so sick. When we got back to Phoenix, we took him to Urgent Care and found out he had strep and pink eye!! I hope you burned the sheets Amber!
